I have worked with a wide range of clients across all age ranges during 19 years as a clinical psychologist in the NHS. I see children and parents affected by issues such as low mood, anxiety, emotional/behavioural dysregulation, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, trauma and loss. I also work with adults experiencing mental health concerns, trauma, loss, or difficult life events and transitions. I work creatively to facilitate a sense of safety and stability for children and families and place great value on parent wellbeing. I am an experienced supervisor, and offer consultation and reflective practice to professionals.
As a clinical psychologist, I trained across cognitive-behavioural, systemic and psychodynamic models and work in an integrative and relational way. I can support you to explore the past, find ways through the here and now, or think about the future. I can undertake screening and psychological assessment and I offer short and long term therapeutic work.
I am a positive and approachable person and relate to my clients in an non judgemental and accepting way. I will take an open and flexible approach to think collaboratively with you about what you need. Whether you are seeking therapy for yourself, your child, as a parent/carer, as a couple or family - please get in touch with your hopes and any questions.

We'll think together about the best approach for you. We can work out where to start: your own mental health, family relationships, your child's feelings, school, friendships, or social, cultural and community life? I will draw on the evidence base and a broad therapeutic training to think about your family's strengths and create opportunities for shifts. Little changes can make a big difference.
