About

Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a BACP-registered integrative counsellor with extensive experience. I am trained in person-centred, CBT, Gestalt, and psychodynamic modalities, and I deal with people from all walks of life in a multicultural setting. If you're dealing with grief, relationship issues, poor self-esteem, depression, anxiety, or dread of the future, talking about it and figuring out why you live the way you do and how you're going to go on might help.
I provide a non - judgemental, friendly, and comfortable environment in which we may work through your challenges, to aid you in exploring your inner world and working toward your therapeutic objectives.Everyone has challenges at some point in their lives, and I know how valuable it is to be able to talk to someone who is neutral and non-judgemental.
Getting help does not indicate that you have a psychological disorder. The process of transformation within you continues after each session. Please contact me for a complimentary 30-minute get to know you session. I am excited to collaborate with you and assist you in rediscovering your happy and healthy self.
