When we have a problem, we often want to talk to someone who won’t judge us. It can be tough to open up to friends or family because we might worry about what they’ll think or fear upsetting them. This can make it hard to be completely honest and fully understand what’s going on. Seeing a psychotherapist gives you a chance to build a safe, trusting relationship with someone who can offer an unbiased perspective. The bond between the therapist and client can be really important in helping us tap into our own strengths to find solutions or make changes.
I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist-in-training offering low cost short and long term psychotherapy. I see clients in person at my private practice in Central Bath. My focus is creating a safe, non-judgemental relationship where I will listen deeply so that together we can make sense of the landscape in which you find yourself.
If you are interested in having an initial meeting or have any questions, then please do head to my website or get in touch. I'll be happy to get back to you to discuss further.
