About
Hi, I’m Jo. I am a fully qualified, accredited CBT Psychotherapist with the BABCP. I have over 9 years experience working within the NHS and currently support people with common mental health problems. I am passionate about supporting and empowering individuals and navigating them towards their goals, helping people to explore current problems and find their own solutions in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space. Working together as a team, I help people to make sense of their problems by breaking them down into smaller, more manageable parts.
I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy across the spectrum of emotional and psychological disorders which include: Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Health Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Specific Phobias, Depression, Self-esteem, Perfectionism & Long Term Conditions.
If you are finding your problems are holding you back in any way, please do not hesitate to get in touch for a free 15 minute consultation before committing to therapy. This will give you the chance to explore if CBT is the right approach for you and your problems.
