I am a Senior Accredited BACP and UKCP Accredited clinical psychotherapist offering psychotherapy and DBT to men, women and adolescents. My specialist areas include emotional dysregulation, OCD and personality disorders online and in Surrey and London. I have completed a PhD and MSc at the University of Roehampton, alongside British Isles DBT Intensive Training and MBCT Training. I have a wealth of experience in NHS, forensic and private settings, including the Priory Group, and work alongside psychiatrists and mental health teams in Surrey and London.
I work using a range of different evidence-based therapies and techniques, including DBT, psychodynamic, CBT, solution focused and MBCT, helping clients to explore past, current or future concerns. I work with different modalities dependent on clients' needs and goals.
I offer psychotherapy, CBT and DBT (full programme). As a psychotherapist I have worked within the NHS and private sector including Priory Group and have lectured on psychotherapy courses. 48 hours is required for all cancelled sessions, otherwise the full fee is payable.

DBT Skills Group
Our DBT Skills group is part of our DBT full programme. The DBT skills groups run online, and run more like a class. The DBT therapists teach you DBT skills from the Linehan skills training manual. We cover a number of key modules including mindfulness skills, distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal skills.
