If you are struggling with personal issues, such as, anxiety, anger, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, bereavement/loss, life transitions, or feel you need help in moving on in your life, then please contact me for help. I am qualified and experienced Counsellor and Supervisor, working privately near Axminster, East Devon. While always working collaboratively with you, I aim to offer you a safe space where you can explore your issues in depth, which will help you gain insight and understanding, and enable you to live your life in more fulfilling and hopeful ways.
I am an Integrative Counsellor, which means that I am trained in a range of methods, including Humanistic, CBT and Psychodynamic models. I aim to match my skills and experience to your particular concerns and goals of therapy. Rather than trying to "fix" you, I aim to enable you to explore and work towards your own goals, and realisation of your potential.
I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor, and Supervisor of Counsellors. Previous clients tell me that my style of working with clients is warm, non-judgemental, empathic and relational, and over the years, I have enjoyed working with individuals and couples on a wide of issues and concerns. I work flexibly and can offer both long or short work.
