I have a wealth of experience in helping people to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing. As a clinical psychologist I value the therapeutic relationship and think that it is vital to find a therapist you 'click' with. I work with children, adolescents and adults and a range of emotional and mental health concerns using evidenced based approaches. I recently worked as a senior clinical psychologist for the NHS and so have experience working with a wide range of personal difficulties including; anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, sexual and gender worries.
