I believe that the most important relationship we have is with ourselves. Having self compassion and being at peace with one’s self can be difficult to practice. I want to bring you hope and support you in becoming your own best friend.
I have had the privilege of working with some amazingly courageous clients; supporting victims of sexual assault, abuse and trauma; young people through the pressures of growing up; depression, self-harm, anxiety, eating disorders and breakdown in family relationships.
I have a warm caring approach and will work with you to find a way forward that is best for you in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. Everyone is unique and therapy is different for every person, I will work with you to combine the most effective therapy for your individual needs.
