Through exploring how your life may be impacted by anxiety, depression, fear, anger, overthinking or burnout, we’ll work together developing lasting supportive ways to overcome challenging times. I specialise in relationship issues, family conflict, domestic abuse, childhood trauma, childhood sexual abuse, adult sexual abuse, discrimination and prejudice. I tailor your support to enable the exploration, understanding and release of deep-rooted emotions and patterns. I'm experienced supporting people living with PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

I work from an anti oppressive framework providing personalised support, creating a space where you feel valued and respected in your unique identity and background. I am a BACP registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, NLP Practitioner and coach, with almost twenty years experience in a supportive role with people.
I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation on the phone or online for us to have a chat to see if I'm the right person to support you at you at this time. My practise room is an accessible space in Exeter reachable by car, bus, train and foot. I also work online and on the telephone. Please be aware my emails to your enquiry can go to your junk folder.
