I am a systemic and family psychotherapist with 20 years of experience in the NHS, private and voluntary sector. This means that I can confidently talk to you about any difficulties or problems you would like to bring to the space. I am particularly experienced in therapy when there are difficulties with relationships (couples, family, siblings, work).
I work with many clients dealing with challenges in their partner, family, sibling, friendship or work relationships. Are you arguing a lot with your partner or struggling to communicate your needs? Have you fallen out with a parent or sibling? Do you find yourself repeating unhealthy relationships patterns?
Talking it through, untangling the confusion and understanding a bit more what is going on will give you a new perspective and way forward. I can help with this. Therapy sessions involve talking, reflecting, noticing patterns, finding different ways to think and talk about difficult things. It can be hard, but ultimately worthwhile.
