Are you having more bad days than good? Feeling fed-up, depressed, anxious or grieving and having trouble ‘to shake’ those difficult feelings? Perhaps you are feeling stuck or having trouble with your relationships? We can feel we ‘should’ be able to cope which can be make our differcult feelings more tough and feel very isolating for you too. I know how daunting it can be to share your thoughts and feelings with someone. Before becoming a therapist, I felt the same. Together can create a create a sanctuary, a place where you can ‘come as you are’ and share what is you are experiencing. A time and space, just for you
My therapy is non-directive, it's my job to be by your side and enable you to explore what is on your mind. It doesn’t matter how ‘big or small’ everything and anything is welcome and will only be met by understanding and support. During our time together, we go at your own pace and wherever you choose or need to go, I will be there to guide you.
Perhaps it is a present issue that is causing you difficulty or past events which need some time and attention. I treat all my clients as unique and with warmth and kindness. I bring my own life experience and counselling training to create a therapeutic and empathetic relationship that will help enable you to feel better and like 'you' once again.
