I am a counsellor of individuals and couples. I work from my home in Stevenage and can offer appointments during a weekday or evening. Appointments can be face to face or, if the client prefers, this I can offer video-call sessions via Skype or Zoom. However I will only work on-line with individuals (not couples) and those who live in or within reasonable distance of my local area (Stevenage or East/Mid/North Herts) .
My specialism is in bereavement, loss and coping with life changes. This includes divorce, illness and redundancy. I can help with depression, low mood and support recovery from childhood trauma or abuse and domestic violence.
I work with couples and individuals, providing a space to talk and explore experiences and feelings. I will help you understand yourself, and with couples each other, better and work to find a way forward.
