My ideal clients are high-achieving individuals - C-level executives, actors, and professionals - who appear successful on the outside but struggle with past trauma, relationship patterns, or work-life balance. They may be dealing with narcissistic relationships, complex trauma, or addiction patterns. I also work with sex workers seeking to process trauma and identify healthier patterns, and adolescents needing support with life organisation and emotional regulation. They're ready for change but need a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their challenges and find their own path to healing and growth.
My role is to help you find answers rather than give them, as everyone's experience is unique. Using Brainspotting, Systemic Therapy, and a Solution Focused approach, we'll explore your experiences, strengths, and what works for you. Whether through in person sessions or online, we'll work together to identify patterns and move forward.
