A confidential, non-judgmental space where you can explore positive and challenging aspects of your life and any change you wish to explore or make. I have personal experience in sexual, physical, emotional and mental abuse; divorce; living with a Narcissist; step-parenting and living in an Ex-pat community. The approaches I predominantly use are Solution Focused, Bowenian Systemic approach, Brainspotting or Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP). All approaches work with clients, though I have found 'Walk and Talk' or EFP best for adolescents or those suffering with PTSD or Trauma, along with Brainspotting.
My role is to help you find answers rather than me give them. Everybody's experience and situation is unique to them; what may work for one, may not work for another. We will explore your experiences, strengths, what has worked and how we can work together in moving you forward.
Life throws us many things, sometimes we need a net to catch us and rest a while with support. Having interned at the Child Institute of Mental Health in London; as well as in an adolescent rehabilitation centre in Dallas, TX specialising in addictions, adolescent sexual abuse and family systems; I offer that net and support in a non-judgemental environment.
