I have over 20 years of experience working in mental health and have worked with clients who have experienced significant trauma, addiction and serious mental illness. I am a trainee integrative relational psychotherapist, in my third year of training.i am both spiritual and of Christian faith, however, I am open to clients from any faith.
I also have a keen interest in plant medicine and the benefits of this for psychological growth , wellbeing and mental health.
