I am here primarily to listen to my clients, then we work together as a team to help them realize their goals. At the end of therapy I want my clients to become their own therapists by continuing to use CBT tools that we have used in session.
I can offer one to one, face to face sessions. There is scope for some sessions to be held online if the client has that preference. I have booked a rewind therapy course in October 2025 and will offer that treatment for trauma from then on.
I am here to help in a caring and supportive role. Fully confidential and considerate.
