HI I'm Jim. I work with clients with various mental health issues, but especially those involving anxiety, depression and major life changes. Whether you're just looking for an empathetic ear or want a better understanding of feelings and what you can do with them, we can work together in a way that suits your needs in a private office 10 minutes' walk from Guiseley train station (or online).
Therapy is a very individual process - what works for others may not be right for you. I work mainly in a mix of Person Centred and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, striving to understand your situation and working with you to reduce distress and increase life satisfaction.
