As a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist I specialise in helping clients build healthy relationships and improve their sexual wellbeing through talking therapy. I work with individuals presenting with a broad range of psychosexual presentations by creating a safe space to enable them to gain a greater understanding of the issues and by developing the tools by which they can find a path forward. I have experience working with a diverse range of relationships, helping clients navigate through challenging times to establish a relationship in which they can thrive.
Psychosexual issues may present within our relationship or because of other challenges in our life, e.g. illness, anxiety or transition. In couples work we will work to identify the issues which are threatening your future, understand how individual behaviour impacts the other and build a consensus as to what the future may look like.
Taking the first step is daunting and I like to make it as easy as possible for clients to reach out.
