I have more than 25 years' experience of working as a Clinical Psychologist and I have worked in both NHS and private practice settings. My work is with adults with a broad range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and loss, as well as with individuals who want to make changes to the way they deal with their lives in order to improve their overall sense of well-being.
Therapy involves working in a collaborative way and learning skills to deal better with difficult thoughts and feelings so that they no longer hold you back; discovering what really matters to you; and helping you to take action towards making your life more fulfilling.
I offer both in-person and online appointments. My office provides a comfortable and private space that is located in the centre of Malmesbury and is therefore easily accessible. Alternatively, if you live further afield, I am happy to treat clients from anywhere in the UK via online sessions.
