As a counsellor offering both online and telephone therapy sessions, I can provide a safe space where you can speak openly. I offer a safe, confidential, professional environment where you can be yourself. Open dialogue and respect are at the heart of the work I do, this offers the opportunity and freedom to express what you are feeling, in a non - judgemental surrounding.
As a counsellor I can support you in helping to make sense of both past and present events and help identify reoccurring patterns which can often be hindering. I can help you explore your individual capacity to move forward and look at the resources necessary to achieve this.
Taking the first step into talking therapy can be scary, however exploring unexpressed feelings can make things feel lighter. . I have experience of working on both a short - and long - term basis, covering a wide range of difficulties. I offer counselling therapy sessions to individuals who are 18 and over.
