My name is Jess. My practice is for anyone who is looking for a therapist who is warm, relatable, compassionate, exploratory, open-minded and willing to learn. I strive to offer authenticity and warmth in a space that can, sometimes, feel scary. I'm led by your experience, and trust in your self-expression. Some of the people I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unheard. Or, sometimes, they're scared to open up about something painful, or are afraid of what might happen when they do. I'll hear your story, just as it is, and hold it gently for you. No expectations; just an open space to walk through it together.
There are many reasons why a person might come to therapy; I welcome whatever that looks like. Some issues I have experience working with include, but are not limited to; anxiety and stress, depression, relationship difficulties, sexuality, gender, identity, loss and bereavement, life-limiting illness, and personal development.
Lets explore whatever is happening for you, at your own pace, without judgement. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you tell your story.
