Hello and welcome! My name is Jess and my gender pronouns are she/her. I am a trauma informed therapist working from East London, who has extensive experience working with individuals from different cultural backgrounds, gender identities and sexualities. Starting therapy takes courage, and talking can be difficult at times, it isn’t always easy and I am sensitive to this during counselling sessions. A safe and non-judgemental relationship between my clients and myself is at the core of my work.
In addition to my work with adults, I have more than 6 years of experience working with children and young people. This work has involved play therapy, art therapy and using creative ways of connecting with my clients. I have also worked with clients wanting to explore their experience of neurodiversity such as ADHD and Autism.
