I am a certified Play Therapist based in East Hertfordshire, offering a warm, nurturing, and creative environment for children aged 4–13. I help children build resilience and process their emotions through play, using a range of modalities including sand, clay, art, role play, music and sensory activities. With a background as a primary school teacher, family support worker, foster carer, and parent, I bring a deep understanding of childhood and family life from many perspectives. I have extensive experience supporting children with Autism, ADHD, trauma, and anxiety.
I work closely with families and schools to ensure children feel supported both in and outside of the play room. My sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and to sensitively support them to process their feelings and experiences in ways that feel comfortable to them. I support children to build self esteem, resilience and coping skills.
