Any of this sound familiar? It's getting harder and harder for you to hold it all together. Your life feels heavy and your burdened by the guilt of all you 'should be' doing, but frankly you're exhausted. You’ve spent months— maybe even years feeling ‘off’ and you’re ready to get to the bottom it. I specialise in working with creative professionals (artists, musicians, designers) , mothers, expats (people that have relocated from outside of the UK) and people going through life transitions: ie grief, divorce, menopause. I specialise in working with anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma (PTSD) and issues of under-confidence/low self-esteem.
Clients have said I’m warm, supportive, and easy talk to. I’ll not shy from using humour together to share a deep belly laugh if appropriate. I will always speak to you with kindness, compassion and respect and I am about as far away as you can get from any stereotyped notion of an aloof, detached, and blank-faced therapist.
