My name’s Jess and I’m a counsellor based in Weston-super-Mare, offering local in-person appointments and online or phone sessions throughout the UK and worldwide. My style of counselling is gentle but direct, and my approach is informal, as this allows you to feel at ease and makes your sessions more beneficial.
I’ve been working in a therapeutic setting for over 9 years, dealing with addiction, anxiety, sexual abuse, domestic violence, anger issues and more. During this time I’ve seen the impact relationships both past and present can have, and how this can change the way we see ourselves and the world around us.
