I am a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist, with extensive experience of working with children and families. I am passionate about helping families overcome adversity, strengthening their resilience and relationships, working from a position in which we are all doing our best in the moments that we are in. I have worked in many different child and adult mental health services, including CAMHS, working with common difficulties such as depression, anxiety, OCD. I also have specialist experience of working with developmental trauma and attachment difficulties, as well as complex difficulties, including neurodiversity.
I strive to offer a trusting, therapeutic space, in which it is possible to be truly heard, held, validated and seen.
