I am the kind of therapist that wants my clients to develop and reach their full potential, however that may manifest for you. You may be experiencing feelings of anxiety or depression, perhaps you're in a difficult relationship you're struggling to navigate. Or maybe you simply need a safe space to let out your stressors. By pulling on theories and methods from psychodynamic, CBT and person centred counselling, my aim is to get you to a stage where you feel empowered to move forward. I work in a non-judgemental and empathic approach and hope to be a friendly face that you can trust.
As an integrative therapist this means I work at a pace which is right for you. It allows us to look at the here and now, while also being able to reflect on past experiences that have got you to today. By offering you a space filled with empathy and understanding we can also explore the future. Whatever space you need I will hold it and be with you.
Beginning therapy can be a scary time as you finally get to put yourself first. I'm keen to find out about you and explore what's happening in your life, with an aim to implement strategies and get you to a place where you can overcome whatever comes your way. Our time together will allow you to talk openly and honestly without fear of judgement.
