My integrative approach to therapy means I combine different counselling theories and am able to accommodate different individuals needs. I believe that when we experience a difficult time in our life it is important to be able to ask for help and have a space to explore the challenges and emotional difficulties we are facing. I believe in creating a non-judgemental and safe environment in therapy and this is very important to my work. I offer both short and long term therapy
