I’m a counsellor and a trainee psychosexual therapist, offering a warm, confidential space to explore issues around sex, intimacy, relationships, and identity. I bring experience from my earlier work with gambling addictions and general counselling, which deepened my understanding of how our behaviours, bodies, and emotions are often closely linked.
I support clients with a wide range of issues but I’m especially passionate about creating a space where sexual wellbeing can be talked about openly and without shame. My approach is integrative and tailored to each person—I believe therapy works best when it meets you where you are.
