I am a trained Person-Centred Counsellor and a trained mental health nurse. As I am dual qualified, I feel my experience can support you holistically, supporting you to explore any issues in an open way. As a person-centred counsellor, I believe in focusing on the needs of the individual and that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk beside you and together explore what has brought you to counselling.
This space offers you a non-judgemental environment to explore issues that you may be struggling with. I can help with difficult life events, emotional issues, relationship issues, anxiety and depression, bereavement and domestic abuse support. I have a diploma in trauma and have experience in mental health.
Sometimes speaking to a person who does not knows you offers a place to be honest and open about your feelings and can lead to clarity and an understanding of your own thoughts.
