About
Are you looking to make a change to improve your health and well-being? Perhaps you have failed to make that change happen so far. Or, you may have no idea of what you need to change to feel fulfilled about your life but you recognise that something in it is not quite right? I understand that life’s challenges are unique and complex to all individuals and that making changes to improve your health and well-being is hard. It is also important to recognise that repeatedly engaging in behaviour that you know isn’t good for you, or sabotaging your own efforts to change, can be a sign of unprocessed emotion and underlying trauma.
My practice encourages you to consider lifestyle factors as an essential part of supporting and sustaining behaviour change. Changing the way that you live your life can also help you prevent, manage, and potentially reverse many lifestyle-related health conditions. I also work with women through the menopause transition, where lifestyle is super important.
I can help you work through the things that keep you stuck, so that you can move forward with confidence. I am trained in several therapeutic approaches, including EMDR. I also have a good understanding of the impact of neurodiversity on health, lifestyle, and behaviour change. Why not book a FREE 15-minute telephone consultation with me via the email link.
