I specialise in treating OCD, including Pure O themes such as POCD, HOCD, ROCD, scrupulosity, false memory and sensorimotor OCD, using Rumination-Focused ERP. I am Clinical Director of Ark Psychology, a specialist practice offering therapy, ADHD coaching, and comprehensive ADHD and autism assessments for children, adolescents and adults, alongside family and couples therapy.
