Hello, I'm Jenny a specialised trauma and neurodivergent affirming counsellor and psychotherapist - working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence (autism, dyslexia, ADHD and other differences).
I offer specialist services for neurodivergence, domestic abuse, grief, trauma, and sexual assault, with several years of experience in these areas. I also provide general psychotherapy services for mental and emotional health issues such as anxiety, depression, low mood, self-esteem, relationship issues, and a range of other emotional challenges.
