I am a clinical psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have 28 years of experience - over 20 000 consultation hours. I work mostly online, with a wide range of people facing different challenges in their lives. Some of the work that I do is with parents who are struggling to understand the behaviour and emotions of their babies, children and teenagers. I am the author of the books, 'Babies in Mind' (JUTA Books) - for parents and health professionals and 'Children in Mind' (WITS University Press) 2022 – for students, educators and mental health professionals.

I use an integrative approach to psychotherapy – drawing on a range of different theoretical frameworks depending on what is in the best interests of each client. My areas of specialization include autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, stress, unstable and low mood, eating disorders and sleep problems.
My approach is collaborative and very supportive. I aim to empower clients to face their difficulties and find solutions that bring mental stability, joy, tranquility and balance. I like to look deeply into the meaning behind symptoms and I try to find the balance between recent evidence-based research and a holistic, uniquely person-centered focus.
