My name is Jenny and I am a qualified counsellor. I see people struggling with a range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, OCD, panic disorder, relationship issues, phobias and low-esteem. I also see couples who find themselves with issues such as poor communication, issues with trust, lack of confidence of one or both, jealousy and sexual issues.
My training has included different approaches such as Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis. This means I am able to tailor the therapy sessions to suit each client depending on the issues brought to the sessions.
