You might be navigating challenges in your career, identity, or relationships and trying to make sense of how you feel, or perhaps something from your past keeps resurfacing in the present.
I have a special interest in supporting artists. With a background in theatre and visual arts, I understand the challenges and joys that come with creative work, and I bring that understanding into the therapeutic space.
My work is grounded in the person-centred approach. At its heart is a commitment to building a collaborative, trusting relationship where you feel empowered and supported. Therapy is a unique journey that we shape together.
I support clients in understanding and appreciating themselves more deeply, making meaningful changes, and reconnecting with their own inner sense of what’s right for them.
