I work with young people and adults who may be experiencing emotional difficulties, trauma, anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem, neurodiverse challenges and relationship concerns, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s experiences.
My clients come to my practice looking for a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where they can talk openly and begin to understand themselves more deeply. Some may feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward.
I support clients by building a trusting therapeutic relationship and tailoring sessions to their individual needs.
