Hello. I’m Jenny Hudson. I'm a psychotherapist and counsellor working with adults, couples and groups in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
People come to me for many different reasons. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression or grief, or you may be feeling sad or stuck and can’t seem to move forward. You may be experiencing family issues, difficulties in your relationships, or you may be struggling at work. Sometimes reasons are not always clearly defined. You may have a sense of not being where you thought you would be at this point in life, and have a general sense of unease or dissatisfaction.
I offer psychotherapy for a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems and more. My main modalities are Transactional Analysis (TA) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I offer a warm and welcoming environment to discuss what is troubling you, and to work out any issues you may be facing.
