I offer a space where we can gently uncover what's underneath these patterns, reduce shame and help you feel more at ease with yourself. My work is reflective and in-depth, supporting you to live in ways that feel more honest and aligned to who you truly are.
I offer remote counselling via Zoom or telephone. I work at depth with people who are interested in understanding themselves better, uncovering roots of distress and becoming more empowered on their healing journey.
