I'm a Clinical Psychologist offering therapy for adults (age 17+) with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I specialise in eating disorders, including emotional eating, restrictive eating, bingeing, purging, and body image concerns. I also regularly work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-worth.
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and have worked in the field of mental health for 10 years. I believe therapy should always be person-centered and evidence-based. My main models of working are Compassion Focussed Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, MANTRA and EMDR.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and evidence-based. I offer in-depth psychological assessment and tailored therapy to help you make sense of your difficulties in the context of your life.
