My name is Jenny and I provide counselling in the Lichfield area.
I offer a safe, caring and understanding space where you can feel comfortable enough to share your deepest concerns. I am very passionate about my work.
I am a down to earth person meaning our space would be free of judgement, knowing that I will ‘ just get it’! I've known trauma. I've carried shame, I've been through tough times and I can help others do the same.
I am here to meet you where you are, listen with empathy and work together to find a way that is authentic to you.
I am a Person Centred therapist who also works intergratively to support and adapt individual needs. However, this is just a fancy way of saying I tailor therapy to you and what you need! I will sit with you in the hard stuff, because healing doesn't look the same for everyone.
I am a qualified counsellor but firstly and most importantly, I am ‘human’! I am not someone who sits in silence scribbling on a clipboard and I'm not someone who's got it all sorted. Life has a way of humbling us when it’s our turn to face difficulties and I can certainly relate to this.
