Reaching out for therapy can be a huge step. Sometimes a particular experience leads us to access therapy, sometimes we want to explore big themes in our lives or to change how we relate to others. Often, we can benefit from exploring these areas and the impact of them on our day to day life and relationships.
I am interested in how our experiences shape who we are. Alongside working as a psychotherapist, I have spent twenty years working with education and charity settings with specialisms around safeguarding, self harm and relationship dynamics.
I understand that our relationship is very important so I offer a free online session to hear a bit about you and for you to get to know a bit more about me.
