I am an experienced counsellor with a background in midwifery and nursing. I offer compassionate, science-based therapy for individuals and couples, focusing on emotional well-being and personal growth. I draw from various therapeutic frameworks, such as psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, or solution-focused approaches, depending on your goals and challenges. I am particlarly drawn to helping clients with relationship concerns and pregnancy related issues including birth trauma and ante natal/post natal depression.
I completed studies in relationship counselling in 2013 and worked , initially with a charity focused on couples. Over the years, I have supported individuals and couples across a range of areas, bringing depth and understanding to every session. I offer a flexible and tailored approach.
The therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client is foundational to therapy being effective , drop me and email and we can arrange a chat and see whether I am the right fit for you at this time, as you take the first steps in your journey towards healing and wellness.
