Hi I'm Jen, a Gestalt-trained counsellor. I specialise in grief therapy, existential/mid-life crises, depression or general malaise, and stress and anxiety. I work as a therapist for my local Mind as well as running a private practice. I have a therapy room in Dunmow (Essex) and also work in London at two locations - Finsbury Park N4 and King's Cross NW1. I am happy to work online when needed. I offer a free telephone or zoom consultation to talk through some basics and see if we would like to work together. Our sessions will focus on what is happening for you in the here and now. We will establish a trusted relationship where you can feel comfortable and listened to. We might then try some experimental methods such as visualisations. Whatever we decide to do, it will be led by what you need for your therapy journey.
