Hi there, thank you for visiting my profile today. I am a psychologist, psychotherapist and pluralistic counsellor, I have been working and studying in the mental health field for 20 years and have a wealth of experience in supporting clients with a variety of mental illnesses who are struggling with a range of issues. I am passionate about the ability of the brain to heal and helping clients to understand how this is possible, enabling recovery, the strengthening of resilience and the ability to cope with life and the accompanying stressors in a much more effective way. This will greatly benefit yourself and others around you.
I use a pluralistic approach combining person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT and many other effective approaches to adapt to each individual need. I believe in the neuroplasticity of our brain and the ability we have to be able to heal from the many difficult blows life may throw at us, provided we have the correct support and environment.
I aim to be able to provide this safe space for you to work through issues that may be having a catastrophic impact on both your mental and physical health, causing a dramatic impact on your daily life.
