I am a person centered counsellor. I have experience in supporting adults & young people with many difficult aspects of life these include: anxiety, bereavement, depression, relationship issues, stress and many other challenging issues.. With talking therapy I can offer you a safe space to explore your own thoughts and feelings without any judgements. You may feel alone even though you have plenty of people around you, you maybe experiencing difficult thoughts, are you struggling, this time will be your space to talk about anything.
I am devoted to helping people address their challenges that they may face. My own personal life experiences have brought me here today. I offer face2face sessions in Drighlington. Telephone and online sessions. I believe everyone is unique I bring a flexible approach to our sessions.
