I am a Clinical supervisor with a social service background and have been working with families for over 20 years. I realise that it can often be difficult for children to understand or express their emotions. This can lead to overwhelming, confusing, or stuck feelings, perhaps resulting in low esteem and struggles with relationships with others, and themselves. I offer a safe and supportive environment where children can express their emotional and relational difficulties by using their natural language of communication, PLAY, with the facilitation of various play and creative materials in the playroom.
With the integration of Attachment & Object Relation Theory in the play process, children can alleviate different kinds of emotional pains that may be disturbing daily life, and/or preventing them from reaching their full potential. Children can play out/experience their transformation in the play process which helps to resolve their problems in reality.
Parents may be irritated by children and adolescents who resist seeking help. No worries, I also offer parental consultation services with my training background in Attachment and Circle of Security which can help effectively, especially for children with Special Educational Needs and children and adolescents with mental health issues.

Parents' participation and agreement are significant factors for the effectiveness of the therapy. Before the therapy, parent needs to attend an intake session for the therapy.
