Hello, my name is Jennifer, and I specialise in psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy.
Everyone comes to counselling for different reasons.
Some people seek short-term support with a specific issue. Others want to explore things more deeply over time. There’s no right or wrong place to start.
I work from a psychodynamic perspective, which means we may explore how early experiences and relationships shape how you feel, think, and relate in the present. Gaining insight into these patterns can bring clarity, emotional relief, and a stronger sense of self-understanding.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. Counselling is your space, and you're welcome to bring whatever is on your mind. I support clients with a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, low mood, feeling stuck, lost, or overwhelmed, life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship or family difficulties and work-related stress.
I also work with people navigating the impact of trauma, managing life-changing diagnoses, or exploring identity and sexuality. Whether you’re going through something difficult or simply want to understand yourself more fully, counselling offers a space to pause, reflect, and grow - at your own pace.
