Through a paradigm of supportive interventions Jennifer works with the whole of the young persons being, enabling them to realised their ultimate potential with open, consistent confidence and hone skills imperative for resilience in all areas of their life.

All Jennifer's work with young people is bespoke; creating a paradigm of holistic interventions for the young person to develop through.
This enables optimum environmental conditions for the young person to flourish mentally, physically, emotionally and socially with a sense of autonomy.

First and foremost I offer a space for young athletes to arrive, just as they are.
Once we have established this grounding, through a sensitive yet playful approach we work through techniques including somatic awareness, sleep health, creative arts and lucid dream training to enable you to discover untapped potential yet to be brought to conscious awareness.
