I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist and CBT Therapist with over 20 years experience both in the NHS and private practice. I am BPS and HCPC registered and regularly undertake CPD to ensure I am fully competent within my practice and that I provide the best possible evidenced-based care.
Everyone I work with is recognised as a unique individual who has much to offer in the therapeutic relationship. All therapy is tailored according to the needs, wishes and presentation of each individual. All are treated with dignity and respect, and are considered a collaborative partner in working towards mutually agreed goals.
I provide short and long-term therapy for a wide range of issues that adults over the age of 18 may present with. I am experienced in many different presentations including Anxiety Disorder, Depression/Mood Disorders, PTSD/Trauma, Phobias, Panic Disorder, Health Anxiety and many others.
I also provide CBT supervision for students and qualified practitioners.
I believe in listening to what clients are telling me and do not have a one-size fits all approach. I have experience in different modalities (CBT, Compassion-focused, ACT, Person-Centred) and will work with you to decide which approach best suits your needs.
